Too big for a simple plan. Too small for an energy department.
That's where most medium-sized businesses sit, and it's the gap we built this company to fill.
The largest electricity users in the country employ people whose whole job is to read the market, check the bills, and time the contracts. They pay less for power because of it. A business using a few hundred megawatt-hours a year faces exactly the same market and the same paperwork — with none of the people.
Meanwhile, most of the help on offer is paid for in ways the customer never sees. We think that's the wrong way round. So we built the company on two ideas:
The service should be funded by something you already pay.
Your metering charge is on your bill whether or not anyone is looking after you. We'd rather it paid for someone who is.
You should always know what we earn.
Every dollar, in writing, before you sign.
